|PRICING: All quotes are valid
for a period of thirty (30) days from date of quote. Past
due balances are subject to 1.5% interest per month, 18%
annually. In the event of a legal dispute, the customer
agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs
incurred by Staging Dimensions in protecting its rights
under this agreement. The customer also agrees that it is
subject to personal jurisdiction in Delaware for any dispute
relating to this agreement.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION: A fifty (50%)
percent deposit is required with order confirmation. The
balance including freight charges shall be due prior to
shipping. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American
Express, checks, cash money orders or Electronic Funds transfer.
All deposits are non-refundable. Any and all cancellations
will result in forfeiture of all deposit monies. All skirting
and drapery items are sewn to order, non-returnable and
must be paid for in full at order confirmation.
SHIPPING POLICY: Shipping charges are calculated
by weight only, and ARE ESTIMATED based on delivery to a
commercial location with a standard loading dock. Additional
charges will apply if delivery is made to a residential,
school or church location and if a “Call Before”,
lift gate or inside delivery is necessary. Shipping charges
may vary based on linear footage. All shipments are “Freight
On Board” New Castle, DE, and shall be in good order
upon release to the carrier. Photographs of the packed equipment
will be sent to the customer along with bill of lading or
tracking numbers on the day of shipping. It is the responsibility
of the customer to furnish their receiving department with
these photos and tracking information. DO NOT sign off
on the bill of lading (BOL) if the pallets DO NOT arrive
in the same condition as the photos. If cardboard, straps,
shrink-wrap or cardboard corners are missing this MUST be
noted on the BOL and write the statement “Exterior
damaged, contents must be inspected for damaged or missing
items”. If there is visible damage to equipment this
must also be noted on the BOL prior to signing. If equipment
is damaged and the BOL is signed off without noting damage
we cannot file freight claims. If we are unable to file
a claim to recoup monies for the damaged equipment we CANNOT
provide you with replacement equipment free of charge and
you will be billed for any and all replacement equipment.
With the current fuel situation, freight charges are subject
to change on a daily basis.
RETURN POLICY: Prior to returning any item
purchased from Staging Dimensions the customer must first
contact their sales representative to obtain a Returned
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returned goods,
without prior authorization or goods in poor or damaged
condition will not be accepted. The cost of return freight
is the responsibility of the customer and all returns are
subject to a twenty-five (25%) percent re-stock fee. All
equipment returned must be in good, resalable condition.
Staging Dimensions is not responsible for any damage to
equipment incurred during return freight transit.
